Deep Sound Meditation

The pure sounds created by the various singing bowls, bells, tingshas, gongs and other musical instruments resonate with and align the energy centers in the body to help you experience deep relaxation and profound wisdom.

Please bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets and wear comfortable clothing. 

A portion of the proceeds benefit the Bishwa Seva Foundation to educate children in Nepal.
