California Native and long-time North County area local, Susan's spiritual quest started at a young age. Studying to be a Catholic nun as a child, her soul has always sought a relationship with her Higher Power. Investigating all the religions of the world, she started on her own path toward enlightenment.

After raising two kids as a single mother, she took a short detour down a fun-filled, fast-paced lifestyle while living in Baja when a mid-life existential crisis combined with empty nest syndrome collided for a time. She found her way back to the light through recovery, and in the last decade has guided dozens of women with private counseling and with AA, Alanon and ACA.

Religious Science and Science of Mind studies led her on an illumined path to her life's purpose as she became a Spiritual Prayer Practitioner in 2020 here at Seaside.

She is continuing her ecclesiastical education and is enrolled in the CSL Chaplaincy program with a focus on Recovery and Rehabilitation ministry.

She is active in the community and has a bi-weekly spiritual column in The Coast News, aptly titled "Soul On fire", and has been dubbed a "Spiritual Realtor", serving California's Beach Cities for the last 40 years.

Also lovingly known as "Oma" to several grandchildren, Susan loves to cook and entertain. For her, gardening is a spiritual practice, she's an avid reader and loves to pray and meditate. She can be found most days walking the beach catching a sunset or sunrise.
